Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of LT panel board, CPRI approved, factory fabricated, of suitable size, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, machine pressed, powder coated, outdoor cubical type, with openable double shutters on both front and rear sides with locking arrangment, totally enclosed, dust, weather and vermin proof, suitable for 415 volt AC 50 Hz RYB N, 4 strip having insulated copper bus bar 400 Amps from pole with openable double shutter on both front and rear sides, duly pre-wired with suitable size of copper conductor cable fitted with incoming, proper size copper lugs/ thimbles and connecting the incoming and outgoing MCCBs with suitable size strip duly bent and drilled and fixed with nuts, bolts & washers from bus bar to MCCBs etc duly fitted with and including following accesories; bottom frame made out of angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm and 600mm long, 4 legs, duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces, grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate blocks of size 30cm x 30cm x 60cm and 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 floor over 100mm thick sub base of brick hardcore extended 100mm on all sides below panel body complete all as specified and directed. Incoming: (i) MCCB with thermal based release : 4-pole 250 Amp 36 KA suitable for 415 V 50 Hz AC supply - 01 No (ii) Multifunction meter with suitable CTs, accessories and indication lamps Outgoing: (i) MCCB with thermal based release : 4-pole 160 Amp 25 KA suitable for 415 V 50 Hz AC supply, Ics = 100% of Icu - 02 No (ii) MCCB with thermal based release : 4-pole 100 Amp 18 KA suitable for 415 V 50 Hz AC supply - 02 No

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying cables, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with jointing material, heat shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5 /4 core XLPE armoured, Al conductor cable of size 70 to 150 sqmm, indoor/outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly on ground earth pit n. less than 2.25 m deep below the ground bend with top edge of the plate n. less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI strip of size 25 x 4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nuts and washers of galvanised steel including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and chamber cover and light grade GI pipe 40 mm dia for protection of earth strip and GI wire etc complete all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including connecting with earth testing point and testing on completion; complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- 1. GI earth strip 25 x 4mm beyond 7.5 RM shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this schedule. 2. On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone at no extra cost.

M & L for point wiring complete with 2.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor confirming to IS-694, Part II, ISI marked, drawn through and including including casing and caping of suitable size, with all accessories, on wall/ ceiling, sunken switch / terminal box 1.12 mm thick, suitable for 3mm thick laminated hylem sheet or plastic masonite laminated sheet top cover fixed with chromium plated brass screws for fixing switches, sockets, regulators etc., and including providing 2.5 sqmm 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor in green colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for 15 Amp switch socket outlet complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cutting chasis in wall/ floor/ ceiling and making good disturbed surface with PCC work and paint etc.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of servo controlled voltage stabilizer (confirming to BIS 9815:Part 1 :1994), 100 KVA, three phase, 50 Hz, naturally oil cooled, indoor, unbalanced type, copper wound, with metallic body duly powder coated with four nos lifting hooks, digital display type, relay free smooth and silent operation, including first filling of insulating oil as per capcity and as per OEM (BIS certified) and including provision of suitable capacity MCCB 4 pole at incomer of rating as per 100 KVA; mounted on MS rolling tyres with locking arrangement, lifting hooks, earthing lugs, and having following specifications and protections complete all as specified and directed. Specifications:- (a) Input voltage 340V - 480V (b) Output voltage stabilized at 415V ± 1% (c) Rated frequency 50 Hz, (d) No distortion in wave form (e) Response time not to exceed 20 mili second (f) Sensitivity (±)1% (g) Rate of correction 8 Volt/second for single phase and 13 V/seconds for phase to phase, (h) Efficiency more than 95%, Type of load : three phase, unbalanced type, (j) Digital display with multi-functional meter Protections:- 1 Over load/ short Circuit protections on input side by MCCB 125 Amp 4 pole 18 KA (thermal magnetic release adjustable) 2 High/ low voltage cut off 3 By pass arrangement in case of emergency, by on load changeover switch 200 Amp 4 pole 4 Single phase sequence change protection Note:- Test cetificate as per OEM/ BIS 9815 Part-I shall be submitted by contractor for the specified capacity/ next higher capacity from Govt lab/ NABL accredited lab

S & F search light, LED type, 230 volt, control gear having high intensity and weather proof glass reflector with suitable LED lamp of suitable wattage to cover area around 1000 meter, movabvle on platform with wheel locking, unidirectional cradle for movement of light to any plane with locking arrangement and including tripod stand having arrangement to increase/ decrease height upto 6 feet with mechanical locking etc complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kalin, Ascentech or equivalent

Supply and lay double wall corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe of outer dia 78 mm and inner dia 63 mm polyethylene (PE) with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure for underground cables of size 120 to 16 sqmm including bends, as per BIS Standard IS : 16098 Part-II complete all as specified and directed. Make - Rex Polyescrusion Ltd or equivalent

M & L for providing earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required copper strip of 25mm x 4 mm alongwith Elapp DMC/ Epoxy electrical Insulator (red) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables with multistranded aluminium conductor of 3.5 core, 120 Sqmm, shielded core type wrapped with tape screwed galvanized strip, suitable for earthed system for 1100V, AC 50 cycle including centre glands, lugs, jointing materials etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, PCC, covers and protection shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.
