Two Component PU Grouting for ground improvement or filling o f voids and cavities using suitable materials and mixtures, as per IS:4999 specifications or as directed by Engineer-in- 1 Charge. PU Grouting Material shall be Two Component Rapid Setting Poly Urethane Injection Grout with High Foaming Strength, Hydrophobic in nature to stop the high water ingress and fill the Large voids. Material shall be solvent free and environmental safe.) Initial foaming time of PU 2C grout shall be 30 to 45 seconds and final setting shall be more than 120 seconds. Expansion of the grout should be more than 7 times. (Work shall be carried out inside tunnel under traffic block conditions.)

Supply, drilling, installation and grouting of Self-drilling bolts of the specified length, 1 Fy>= 200 KN (slopes, tunnel support & face bolts) as per approved drawings & specifications or as directed by Engineer. The rate shall include costs of all materials, labour, equipment, etc. required for the complete job as per specifications or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Execution of 10 mm thickness MS plated structural steel lining to get fit with the surface of the RCC lining of circumferential finished tunnel profile of the endangered zone for a length of 30 mtr as per the drawing and specification supplied by KRCL and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge including loading, unloading , transportation to get special nature of plate bending 1 at approved work shop, cutting , bending , welding anchoring with the existing RCC lining , shifting of the fabricated segments of the structral steel lining in to the tunnel, erection and placement of the segments, to match with the existing tunnel profile and joint welding duly filling the gap in between the plated segments generated by providing groove by the certified welders including contractors own bending, welding and cutting resourced as well as the consumables for the finished item of the work including cost of purchase of structral steel, power Note: Loco & BFR will be facilated at free of cost by KRCL till the completion of structural steel lining
