Carting away unwanted excavated material such as soil, lime, moorum, building rubbish (RCC debris, masonary debris, woodwork, door and windows, tiles etc), laterite stone, ordinary rock etc. from site lead of 10km including all loading and unloading charges ( A ) ( by mechnaical Automative Transport ) Contractor should arrange land for dispose up these material at his own cost Lead upto 10 km. Contractor should quote the rate considering salvage value of mentioned material. All statutory approval will be taken by Contractor

Supplying and filling in plinth under floors, trenches including watering ramming consolidating, dressing, complete. Moorum

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and superstructure

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: All work up to Plinth level

Providing & laying cement concrete 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in:retaining walls , return walls(any thk) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed concrete (RMC) with usage of Ordinary Portland Cement manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C., from the transit mixer to the site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including the cost of admixtures in recommended porportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge. Providing corrosion resistant steel CRS-50 bars of (SAIL, TATA, VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.)(Confirming to IS 1786 if 1985) for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with factory made precaste concrete cover blocks of specified s izes whose compressive strengthis not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member .

Boring providing and installing boared cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete pile for below mentioned pile sizes and upto 36 m length in all types of strata socketed in hard rock as specified by Engineer , vertically true to line and form including all operations for removal of slush, all kinds of strata, percolating water and bentonite slurry circulation, placing and lifting casing as required, & placing of reinforcement and providing & laying reinforced cement concrete of grade M35(Mix Design) with coarse sand and graded granitic and basaltic aggregate 20mm nominal size as per mix design with treimie pipe as directed by Engineer excluding the cost of reinforcement. Payable length shall be measured from pile cut-off to the founding level as per IS 2911 as directed by Engineer. No Extra cost to be paid to contractor for using of Hydraulic Rig. for 500 mm Dia Pile

Supplying and driving in position mild steel 6mm thk liner for 500mm dia , as casing for the piles, including cutting, rolling, welding, jointing and applying two coats red oxide primer external & internal surfaces etc. in required workable length and driving into position etc all complete as directed by Engineer In-Charge.

Supplying jamba wooden bally piles 150 mm mean diameter cut to length required (not exceeding 9 meters) and painted in position ready for driving: a) Above 5.00 meters long pile upto 9mt

Heading and pointing whole bally piles 150mm diameter including only rings, providing and fixing pile shoes, cutting of heads after driving and taking out rings removing cut off portions to departmental store as specified.

Driving down wooden piles of 150mm diameter either in vertical or battered work to approved lines and level through various strata including arranging all the appliances necessary for pile driving complete at site (portion in ground only to be measured). a) Above 5.00 meters long pile

Conducting low strain pile integrity test on R.C. bored pile foundations of all required dia. R.C.C. Piles using pile integrity tester equipment conforming to ASTM - 5882 as directed by Engineer including submission of test reports etc. complete

Conducting initial dynamic load upto 2 times the safe load as per relevant code on R.C. bored pile foundations of all required dia. R.C.C. Piles. The charges shall include removing loose concrete preparing the pile cap top for load test etc. all complete as per design drawing and as directed.

Conducting routine static load test upto 2.5 times on R.C. bored pile foundations of all required dia. R.C.C. Piles. Safe load as directed and preparing reports therein, providing all equipments, personnel etc. by conventional method including and removal an direction thereafter from the site conforming to IS 2911 (Part IV) 1985 and amendments thereof and relevant clauses of tender specifications. (The charges for providing RCC bored cast in situ test pile of required length shall be paid in relevant item).

Chipping / Demolition of of all required dia. R.C.C. Piles , taking care not to damage the balance RCC of piles including disposal of debris including straightening and bending of the exposed reinforcement of pile in to the pile cap position as directed by Engineer.

Supplying and spreading Geo fabric filter layer of geo textile of polypropylene multifilament woven to the line and level and grade with pore size less than 0.075mm and permeability greater than 9 lit/m2 confirming IS -1964 and American standard for testing of the material standards including conveying with to the site joning and stitching with proper over lap etc.in all conditions as directed by the engineer in charge

Providing and laying filter media with Granular materials crushed stone Aggregates satisfying the requirement As Per Clause 2504.2.2 of MOSRT & H Specification to a thickness of 500 mm laid horizontally in layers of 250mm thick and compacted to firm condition etc. complete as direction by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing or site of work incl. loading, unloading and stacking at site PVC (RING FIT) pipes of 160mm dia, 6mm thick with elastomeric sealing ring ( one per pipe)and with rubber ring socket confirming to IS 4985-2000 and bearing ISI mark - incl. conveying at site of work, lowering in trenches and perfect linking of joints incl. jointing by cleaning the joints (holes in pipe of dia 10 mm at the rate of every 20 cm c/c for perforation at opposite sides ) etc.Complete as direction by Engineer -in -charge.

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while layingpipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall,wing wall and earth retainig structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge . a)110 mm dia
