Providing water proofing treatment over the new R.C.C. roofs terrace toilet by spreading cement slurry over the R.C.C. slab and laying of 10cms. Average laterite stone ballast coba with the necessary gradient for easy flow of rain water and the coba in covered with damp proof of Hindustan water proofing co. Or equivalent jointless water proofing plaster of mix 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 find sand), finished smooth with wooden trowel with false marking of 30 cms square. The vertical surface of the adjoining walls are to be treated upto a height of 30cms including rounding of junction (the rate includes for complete items including labour and materials and including cost of initial treatment of roof slab as follows. The injunction of damp proof or equivalent compound with cement solution will be given as and when found necessary for filling honey comb, cracks etc. in the R.C.C. slabs). NOTE: cement consumption 25 kg/sq.m.

Providing and laying filter media with Granular materials crushed stone Aggregates satisfying the rerquirement As Per Clause 2504.2.2 of MOSRT & H Specification to a thickness of 500 mm laid horizontally in layers of 250mm thick and compacted to firm condition etc. complete as direction by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 1 km. (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment)and Spreading of Good Earth in required Thichness.

Note: The contractor shall design the layout and submit shop drawings and technical details of all items of approved brand/make to be incorporated in the work for approval of Engineer before commencement of work. The afore-mentioned items are minimum requirements and contractor's quote shall also include incorporation of any additional item which may be found essentail/necessary for the successful commissioning and operation of sprinkler irrigation system. The scope of work under this item shall be restricted to the overall size of grass turf.The scope of work under this item shall also include all connected civil works such as excavation, refilling, PCC, plastering brick masonary chambers with heavy duty C.I./precast concrete cover for valves etc. and any other ancilliary works required for successful commissioning of sprinkler irrigation system and as per the direction of Engineer. The Contractor shall consider all above in his quote.
