Hazard Marker Sign :-Providing & fixing of cautionary sign board of Cautionary/Mandatory/Facility Information sign board (300mm x 900mm) made out of retro reflective sheeting conforming to Type XI standards of ASTM D4956-09 & as per IRC-67: 2012 specifications, fully covered over 4mm thick ACP/2mm thick Al supported with back support frame of 25x25x3 mm stainless steel angle of 304 grade. Board Shall be fixed to a vertical post of 80mm dia stainless steel pipe of 3.6 mtr height and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M20 grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm etc, 60 cm below ground level. 10 years warranty & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent lab as per IRC 67-2012 for Type XI retro reflective sheeting shall be submitted by the contractor.

Road marking Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH Specification 803.

Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector (Providing and fixing of road stud 100x 100 mm, die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS 873 part 4:1973).

Providing Speed breaker having trapezoidal section with flat top surface, as per IRC-99 2018, for general traffic at preferred crossing speed of 15-25 km/hour comprising of Bituminous Concrete (hotmix) 30mm thick over a layer of Bituminous Macadam (hotmix) 70mm thick, by intending the surface and applying tack coat as per MORTH Specifications and finishing the slopes on either side to requisite gradient as per direction of Engineer in - charge.

Tree Guard AFP (Supply and fixing of Aluminum-backed flexible prismatic (‘AFP’) sheeting for application in bull nose which shall consist of Yellow colored flexible prismatic sheeting with non-metallic prismatic lens as retroreflective elements and conforming to ASTM D 4956-09 Type VI specification for reboundable retroreflective sheeting. The flexible prismatic sheeting shall be of 1 ft width and laminated at the back with a 50 micron Aluminium (Al) foil with pressure sensitive adhesive and liner. The sheeting shall have a screen printed slant line/arrow in black colour.Neither the AFP sheeting nor the flexible prismatic sheeting used it shall when slowly bent in second time around a 1/8th inch mandrel after being conditioned for 24hrs at 0°C and tested as per section S2.2.2. of ASTM D 4956-09.)

Providing and fixing of Advance Direction sign boards made out of 2mm aluminium sheet / 4mm ACP (Aluminum composite Panel); The Road Sign board should have each plate of 1220mm in length and 300mm in Height to be mounted on 125NB Medium Class MS Post Pre treated with phospheting process & acid etching; coated with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of best quality epoxy paint ;reflectorised with Micro Prismatic Grade retro refiectivesheeting of Type-11 as per ASTM D-4956 and latest M.O.S.T.Specifications; Post should have total length of 5mtr or as required and frame fabricated from suitable size of MS Square Pipe of 25x25x2mm as per the Drawing, painted with bestquality epoxy coatings with approved color. the details of symbol or inscription / numerals for each board shall be as per the instruction of engineer in charge.The fixing at site shall be in 1:2:4 CC blockof size 45 x 45 x 90 Cms. for each leg.including excavation, curing etc.complete under the supervision of engineer in charge. A warranty for 10 years for the Retro reflective sheeting from originaa manufacturer & a certified copy of 3 year outdoor exposure test report from third party test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by contractor. (A) Class-C Type-11 Retro Reflective sheeting.Multiple signs can be installed on single post.

i) One Flag Type Sign on single post (Area=0.4 Sqm)

ii) Two Flag Type Signs on single post (Area=0.8 Sqm)

iii) Three Flag Type Signs on single post (Area=1.2 Sqm)
