Providing and laying White topping as per IRC-SP 76-2015 over bituminous surface ( Existing bituminous surface preparation to be done if necessary either by mlling or leveling course with MB/DBM/DLC to correct surface profile and to be paid seperatly) with un reinforced M-$0 grade pavement quality concrete using OPC/ PPC/ PSC at 420/ kg/Cum, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and admixure confirming to IS 9130-1999 ( R-2004) polymeric synthetic fibreas per AStm(1116) such as polyester/ polyethylene/ polupropylene at 1.20 kg/cum, mixed in batching and mixing plant or weigh batcher as perapproved mix design to achive minimumflexural strength or modulus of rupture of concrete 4.50 MPa at 28 days limitingmaximum water cement ratio to 0.40, trasported to site, laid with mechanical paver finisher, spread, vibrated, compacted and finished in continues operation to the lines and grades as per drawing, texture fininshing of surface, spraying two layersof curingcompound, curing with water sprayedon hessian cloth cover over concrete surface, groove cutting to a depth of 1/3 of the Thickness and of the width 3-5 mm as per desugn including cost of all material, side form work, labour and HOM of machineries etc. comple as per specification

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH Specification 803

Supplying of laterite stone soling of size 150-200 mm size and murrum having P.I. Value not more than 6 and laying including packing with smaller stones and consolidation with power road roller including spreading, watering and consolidation of binding material etc.(Measurements shall be considered on finished item) .

Providing and laying 50mm(consolidated thickness)full grout using granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 6.00 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. grouting with hot bitumen straight run bitumen(or with such bituminous material of grade and type as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge)at 5.0kg. per sq. m. binding with key aggregate of granitic or basaltic stone of specified grading at 1.5 cu.m. per 100 sq.m. including Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminious surface laid with F.E loader with 1 Cu.m. bucket capacity to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A seal coat with 0.98 kg/sqm of bitumen of grade as per MoRT&H specifications clause 513.

Excavation for roadway in soil/ordinary rock by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankement upto a distance of 100 metres (average lead 50 metres), including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with the requirements of lines, grades and cross sections as per MORTH Specification 301.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 40 m nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : All works upto plinth level

Supplying flush heavy duty non-pressure RCC pipes

Laying and fixing with flush heavy duty non pressure NP3 class R.C.C. pipe with cement mortar in proportion 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) in joints including cost of jointing materials etc. complete.

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Cable Duct Across the Road (Providing and laying of a reinforced cement concrete pipe duct, 300 mm dia, across the road (new construction), extending from drain to drain in cuts and toe of slope to toe of slope in fills, constructing head walls at both ends, providing a minimum fill of granular material over top and sides of RCC pipe as per IRC:98-1997, bedded on a 0.3 m thick layer of granular material free of rock pieces, outer to outer distance of pipe at least half dia of pipe subject to minimum 450 mm in case of double and triple row ducts, joints to be made leak proof, invert level of duct to be above higher than ground level to prevent entry of water and dirt, all as per IRC: 98 - 1997 and approved drawings.)
