Removing existing paint with commerical paint remover, clean the surface to be coated, free from all looase material, dirt, oil, Grease etc by wire brush, scrubber, abrasive wheel on electric grinder inside and outside of feeder pillar. Repairing and restoring of all damaged/corroded/broken/metallic surfaces of feeder pillar box along with support angle and structure of feeder pillar box along with support angle and structure including top, bottom, all sides and cable gland base of the box as per requirement to bring back original profile of feeder pillar. Application of special cleaner/conditioner which converts corrosion to docile form at instant for feeder pillar. Application of special primer coat pack which is formed by cold metalizing process consisting of active ceramic with anodized alumina which forms a dot martix coating on the surface which gives better adhesion with substrates good corrosion reisitance. Carrying out anti corrosive treatment to feeder pillar of MCCB's MCB's fuses switches etc by applying air dry non fading PU paint of RAL desired shade which protects surface from UV.
