Design & Supply of SAS Integrated Nitrogen Injection Explosion Prevention System for Oil filled 110/33KV, 40MVA Power Transformer - I & II with associated equipments complete consisting Fire Extinguishing Cubicle near transformer with quick depressurisation assembly(duration:30Sec) with 10 Cub. Mtr N2 Cylinder, N2 release device, Supervision for solenoids, Gauges, Hoses, Space Heater etc., and Monitoring in the control room with adequate numbers of fire detectors on Transformer top cover, Conseravator isolation valve between bucholz relay and conservator, MS Oil Drain Tank with stoarage capacity of 4KL with support structure, Signal box placed on the transfomer alongwith associated Oil Drain pipes (DIN 125) & Nitrogen Injection Pipes (ERW Class C) with support & fittings, Control & Power Cables etc. The System Activation system for prevention shall consist differential relay trip with rapid pressure rise relay with bucholz relay or pressure relief valve trip with transformer isolation and extinction system shall consist fire detector operation with rapid pressure rise relay with bucholz relay or pressure relief valve trip with transformer isolation. Control IED with required AI/DI/DO Module shall be provided for Control, Protection & Monitoring compliant to IEC-61850 Ed.2 & IEC-61850-9-2LE protocol.The Operating System Voltage shall be 220V DC or 110V DC (as per site requirement) duly compatible with Ed.2 IEC-61850/IEC-104, IEC-62040, CIGRE-537. The mandatory spares such as Spare Nitrogen Cylinder(1No.), Fire Sensors(3Nos.), Set of Hose Pipes shall be provided.
