Supply of HDGI St. Light clamps for 25 mm pipe ( top/bottom).shall be hot dipped galvanized generally conforming to IS - 2633/72

Erection Cost

Erection of 7.5 mts. long RCC poles .The poles should be as per drawing approved by CEE and conforming to IS standards as amended upto date. The Component used for pole shall conform to following IS amended upto date.

Erection of 9 mts. long RCC poles .The poles should be as per drawing approved by CEE and conforming to IS standards as amended upto date. The Component used for pole shall conform to following IS amended upto date.

Erection of Cross Arm Channel 4Pin .The cross arms shall be made of M.S. channel of ISMC-75 vide table 2 of IS: 8081 1964 . The cross arms shall be without any joints. The cross arms shall be hot dipped galvanized generally conforming to IS - 2633/72. The length of the 4pin cross arm shall be 1110mm with 4 holes of 22 dia each on each flange section. In addition 2 holes of size 18mm x 40mm slotted holes shall be provided on the cross arm for clamping arrangement to the pole. The length of the 4pin side cross arm shall be 1410mm with 4 holes of 22 dia each on each flange section. In addition 2 holes of size 18mm x 40mm slotted holes shall be provided on the cross arm 40 mm from the left edge of the X-arm for clamping arrangement to the pole & two holes of size 17mm dia at 355mm & 660mm from the slotted hole for arrangement to fix angle support. The angle support shall be of ISA 50x50x6mm G.I. with 17 mm dia holes at the two ends. The other end of the angle shall be clamps utilizing suitable G. I. stay clamps of length 312mm end to end

Fixing of LT pin insulator with GI pin.L.T.brown glazed porcelain pin insulators of size 100mm x 70mm conforming to type 1 fig 1 of IS:1445/1977 with amendment 2 of Feb.1981 (second revision) as amended upto date. Minimum failing load shall be 3.5kN. Insulators shall have marking and packing as prescribed in IS

Fixing of Insulator -(LT) Shackle .L.T. brown glazed shackle insulators of size 100mm x 115mm conforming to fig.No.4 and type 2 of IS: 1445/77 as amended upto date. Minimum failing load shall be 16kN. Insulators shall have marking and packing as prescribed in IS

Stringing of conductor -AA GNAT,1. 7/2.21 mm,nominal aluminum area 25mm^2 (80 amps max. at 40 deg.C)

Providing of Stay set complete for 7.5 mts RCC Pole.HDGI Stay Sets Complete Comprising of stay rod with plate, HDGI stay wire of size 7/10swg, Break insulator of 15KV/8KV,HDGI turn buckle with eye bolt, suitable HDGI stay clamps, HDGI nut bolts, . The Stay wire shall comply with the specific requirements of IS: 2141-1979, IS: 4826-1979 & IS: 6594-1974 or the latest versions thereof and also as per the specifications enclosed.
