Stage Set up The works for the stage includes the following • Make Seating arrangements for the VIPs on the Main dais.Couch or Executive chairs with T-poys on the Dais. Exact number will be informed later on.
• Digital Screen for Main Stage Backdrop
• Arrangement of screen infrontofVVIP seating on Dais
• Arrangement for virtual inauguration of the projects.
• Stage Podium 2 nos&Samaee(lamp) 1 nos
• Box Truss , Sound and Lights arrangement as per the requirement.
• Flower decoration on dais and around the stage.
• Masking and skirtingonthestageandsteps.
• Required lighting for stage dignitaries and dais by rigging on truss from front and side to be provided. The agency is required to supply, install, test and commission the LED Par Light with all necessary cabling along with 02 nos. of 125 KVA acoustic Genset for backup off stage lighting.
• Arranging and preparing name plates of dignitaries on dais.
• Stage set up of approx.40ft.*32ft*4ft.size with requisite arrangements(decoration,02nos.of15Apowerarrangements,tableforkeeping projector etc.)
• 10 nos of VIP executive chairs to be provided on the venue along with 3 tipoys
• 2 Professional comperes to be provided.(1 Female & 1 male).
• 2 nos podium to be provided • Coolers to be provided on stage.
