Steel work welded (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG & using electrodes of Ador or ES4B or Deh Secheron make only)in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying priming coat of red lead paint.

In tees, angles, flats and channels

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) (Square Hollow Section (SHS) IS4923 /Rectangular Hollow Section (RHS) IS4923/ Circular Hollow Section (CHS) IS1161 closed Structural Steel of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW ,APOLLO Steel Ltd.) make (Min Yeild Stress 310 Mpa)) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) with superior quality ready mixed paint for steel work of approved brand & manufacture in all shades on new work to give an even shade.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvulium roofing sheets of 0.5mm thickness including all the accessories (TATA make) but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses, flashings etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Add for providing & fixing Flashings -[Corners, Ridges, valleys, gable end & Trims] (Girth upto 610mm) including all the accessories complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Prince or equivalent make PVC SWR half round eaves gutter with bolts, nuts and flat iron brackets 40 x 3 mm size complete.

Eaves fillet pieces

Muti-line V 100 channel + Polyproplene Gratingse. Supply of Prefab Polymer Concrete ACO Drain V 100 Multiline Channels as per EN 1433 having following properties a) Compressive strength -96 N/mm2 b) Flexural strength -27N/mm2 c) Water absorption - 0.07% d) Manning's roughness- 0.011. The Channels must be 'V'-profile in shape with integrated edge protection made up of Galvanised Steel with boltless drain-lock ®grating with anti-shunt 4 no. provision per length. The Channels must also be pre-sloped 1:200 or same invert / variable depth with 500 or 1000 mm length and with tongue and groove joints for interlocking, integrated lip labyrinth sealing for liquid-tight connection to ground line with needed accessories like end cap, end cap with outlet etc. Channels to have anchoring features on the outside wall to ensure mechanical bond to the surrounding bedding material and pavement surface. The Channel in 500 mm or 1000 mm length, suitable for polymer concrete drain channels as per load class A -15, B-125, C250 , D 400, E 600 confirming to EN 1433. The Channels will have the nominal width of 100 mm and invert depth 1:200 Slope between 100-250 mm as per design. Composite plastic PP bar grate Microgrip, anthracite black with patented antislip surface structure, slip resistance class R13 according to DIN 51130 type Heelguard with slot width 8mm, inlet cross section 284 cm² / m with TPU snap fit locking and certified for as per EN 1433. 2) Installation Cost - 800 Per Meter Guidelines will be given by Enginnering team by ACO ..
