Instructions to the Bidder :
1) The bidder should quote rate for all food items in Column at ‘6’ above. 2) The bidder must quote prices for each item given below considering all cost including deployment of manpower/Gas Cylinder/raw material failing which bid shall not be considered for evaluation. [Maximum rate of each food items should not be more than given amount at Col. 5 of above].
3) Cold Drinks and Mineral Water Bottles will be paid as per MRP.
4) Pav/Bread to be supplied at Market rate.
5) Month equal to 22 days (Saturday & Sunday being holidays)
6) Bidder should not quote for Market price items.
7) All the items including oil (refined oil) used for cooking various food items should be unadulterated, branded quality & of applicable standard (FSSAI / AGMARK or equivalent)
8) L1 shall be arrived from the total price quoted by the bidder for each items as listed above.
