Providing steel cupboard, overall size of 765mm(W) x 440mm(D) x 1270mm(H) with welded construction. The Steel sheet used will be CRCA ‘D’grade high yield strength as per IS:513 and 0.7 mm thick sheet at shelf , 0.8mm thich sheet at Back and 0.9mm thick sheet for all other components. The cupboard should have a Three way locking mechanism with Shooting Bolts. It should have a height wise adjustable shelf mounting (3 nos.) which shall have a Uniformly Distributed Load capacity of max 40 Kg. It should also have a M10 Screw type Leveller with Hex plastic base. The finishing shall include Epoxy powder coated to the thickness of 50 microns (+/- 10). Product should confirm to ISO 9001,ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 standards and shall be Greengaurd & BIMFA certified.

Providing and installing including transportation, 4 Door Book Case of Size: 914mm(W) x 320mm(D) x 1742mm(H) with 4 Nos. top hinged doors. The Book Case shall be made from prime quality CRCA steel with anti rusting treatment. It shall have a Rigid Knock Down Construction. The Top Panel, Back Panel and Side Panel shall be made from 0.7mm thick high yield CRCA (cold rolled close annealed) sheet and other components from 0.8 mm thick CRCA sheet . Each door shall have a 6 Lever Cam Lock with Common Key. 3mm thick glass should be used in each door for clear inside vision which shall be secured in a metal frame through a rubber gasket. Scissor Mechanism should be provided in each door for receding inside the top of every compartment and it shall ensure parallel and smooth movement. Each door should be provided with plastic side end caps as handle . Each compartment shall have a storage shelf with a UDL capacity of max 80 Kg. 1. The sofa set has to be modular systems with Linear and corner Modules. 2. Each Modular shall be securely connected with Neigbouring module using and integrated linking bracket which can be refastened by an allen key. 3. Each Module of the sofa set has to be 750 mm wide and 750 mm broad with seat height 400 mm from ground, the back height shall be 320 mm from seat. 4. The sofa Set has to be upholstered with Textile Fabric covering over polyurethane Foam. 5. The Structure is a two way shell of Injection-moulded polypropelene in black color. 6. Base feet shall be of injection moulded polypropelene and adjustable for height to compensate the uneven floors. 7. Understructure- Aluminum die-casted angular ped Convect Legs with die-cast connectors and CRCA Powder coated 25mmx50mm beams are considered. 3. Wire Management-1.2mm thick CRCA Powder coated wire tray with switch plate & PET Felt vertical wire riser for wire management .

CONFERENCE TABLE 17 seater - MERRYFAIR / MONARCH make or Equivalent as directed by the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and installing, including transportation of office table executive desk with side unit Table shall be with 25mm thick postlam partical board top supported by 25mm thick Prelaminated Partical Board gable ends and by CRCA steel Powder coated 1-1.2mm thickness round understructure. Gable ends shall be fitted to the Worktop with KD (Knock Down) fittings and shall be provided with 2 Nos. of glide screws for levelling of the workstation. All staright edges shall be provided with hot pressed 1mm thick PVC edging using special hot melt glue at high temperature. One No. of 18mm thick Prelaminated Partical Board Modesty panel with clearence of 100-150mm from Finished Floor Level is included in the workstation. Side unit comprises of Access Flap with Metal Vertical Cable riser for wire management.

b) Providing and fixing lamination on wooden, plywood surface of approved quality and colour in required pattern including cutting, fixing with necessary adhesive, nails etc. as directed by Engineer in Charge.

c) Providing and fixing 12mm Dupont corian sheets or Equivalent in any shape / pattern and as per approved drawing on wooden, plywood surface of approved quality and shade / colour including cutting, fixing with Dow Corning Silicon sealant 795 grade etc. as directed by Engineer in Charge.

d) Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood lipping/ moulded beading of required size fixed with wooden adhesive of approved quality and screws/ nails on the edges of the plywood or as per drawing , also french polishing of exposed edge or lipping as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
