The bidder should have prior work experience of at least one Civil Engineering Project with a value of not less than 40% of the estimated amount put to tender. The project should have included a Faecal Sludge and Septage Treatment Plant or an Effluent Treatment Plant, and should have been completed in the last 5 years. Alternatively, the bidder should have a single running work of similar nature that has been substantially completed (90% or more) with a value of not less than 40% of the estimated amount put to tender. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as prime agency at least one similar nature of work having a minimum value of forty percent of the estimated cost for which the bid is invited during the last 5 years prior to the date of issue of the notice. The required prior work experience includes completion certificates from the appropriate authority for at least one Civil Engineering Project of value not less than 40% of the estimated amount put to tender in the last 5 years.
