Brand Of Aluminum Sulfate Subjected To Laboratory Analysis To An Accredited Laboratory Must Be The Same Brand Indicated Of What Must Be Delivered At Wtp With Complete Labels At The Face Of The Bags As Stated Below: A. Brand And Name Of The Goods Delivered B. It’s Typical Analysis, Al2o3 – 17%, 50 Kgs. The Name, Address Of The Supplier Or It’s Manufacturer. If No Labels On Each Bag Of The Goods Delivered At The Wtp, It Must Be Rejected, Subject To Replacement Or Deduction From The Collection/payment As Indicated/stated In The Inspection Report Of The Iac. 3. Items Delivered (aluminum Sulfate, 17% Approx., 20mm Size Granules, 50 Kgs) Shall Be Subjected To Inspection To Include Its Weight/bag (random, 10% Of The Total Delivered Items) By This Office’s Committee On Inspection And Acceptance. 4. Test Results From Accredited Laboratory Must Show On The Face Of The Documents The Official Name Of The Client, Its Official Address, Date Of The Sample It Was Tested For Laboratory Analysis Of The Sample Submitted And As “aluminum Sulfate, 17% Granules”. 5.
