Project Description This Project Involves Designing And Constructing A New Electrical Substation To Be Located At The Zppsu Campus Lot 1, As Well As Upgrading The Electrical Lines To A Three-phase System For All Buildings In Lot 1. The Project Is Structured As A Design And Build Scheme To Ensure A Comprehensive Assessment Of The Design Parameters By A Professional Electrical Engineer (pee). This Will Facilitate The Necessary Upgrades To The Electrical Power Lines And Ensure Stable And Balanced Electrical Distribution For The University. For This Project, The Agency Will Be Implementing A Design And Build Procurement Scheme. Given This Approach, The Agency Expects A Complete Design, Working Drawings, And Plans For The Entire Project To Be Included In The Estimate.
