Mandatory Requirement: any Bids Received From Bidders Who Are Not Certificate Of Recognition (cor) Certified, Who Have Not Obtained Cor Equivalency Or Who Have Not Submitted A Valid Letter Of Reciprocity Shall Be Rejected From Further Consideration.
