Brief Description Of Work: This Procurement Includes, But Is Not Limited To Asphalt Edge Repair, Pavement Marking And Granular Sealing At Various Locations In The Region Of York. Mandatory Requirement: any Bids Received From Bidders Who Are Not Certificate Of Recognition (cor) Certified, Who Have Not Obtained Cor Equivalency Or Who Have Not Submitted A Valid Letter Of Reciprocity Shall Be Rejected From Further Consideration. Deposit: All Bids Shall Be Accompanied By A Bid Deposit In The Amount Of $40,000.00 In The Form Of A Digital Bid Bond From A Recognized Guarantee Or Surety Company Acceptable To The Region And Authorized By Law To Do Business In The Province Of Ontario.  bidders Shall Submit A Digital Undertaking To Bond With Their Bid.
