The required prior work experience for the bidder is in similar fields for the last four financial years in organized sectors. The tenderer must have experience of successfully executed work. For different categories of works, the following experience and values are required: - Works more than Rs.10.00 Lacs & upto Rs.15.00 Lacs: Any two activities such as road, drain, water supply, and sewerage, with a cumulative turnover of 1.5 times the bid value and Liquid assets or Solvency Certificate of 5% of the bid value. - Works more than Rs.15.00 Lacs & upto Rs.100.00 Lacs: Any two activities such as road, drain, water supply, and sewerage, with a cumulative turnover of 1.5 times the bid value and Liquid assets or Solvency Certificate of 10% of the bid value. - Works more than Rs.100.00 Lacs & upto Rs.500.00 Lacs: Any two activities such as road, drain, water supply, and sewerage, with a cumulative turnover of 1.5 times the bid value and Liquid assets or Solvency Certificate of 12% of the bid value. - Works Rs.500.00 Lacs and above: Any two activities such as road, drain, water supply, and sewerage, with a cumulative turnover of 2 times the bid value and Liquid assets or Solvency Certificate of 12% of the bid value. Additionally, the tenderer should have two jobs equal to the bid value for works more than 10.00 Lacs and up to 15.00 Lacs, and for works more than 15.00 Lacs and up to 100.00 Lacs. For works more than 100.00 Lacs and up to 2000.00 Lacs, the tenderer should have two jobs equal to the bid value or one work equal to 75% of the bid value. For works of 2000.00 Lacs and above, the tenderer should have three works each equal to 40% of the bid value, or two works each equal to 60% of the bid value, or one work equal to 80% of the bid value. The bidder should also submit a list of works satisfactorily completed during the last four financial years, with an attested copy of the experience certificate. The cumulative turnover will be considered for three consecutive years out of the last four assessment years. A relaxation of 20% shall be given on the total requirement of turnover and liquid assets or Solvency certificate required in the particular tender.
