The required prior work experience for the bidder is in the execution of similar works for the last four financial years in the organized sectors. The experience requirements are categorized based on the work value: 1. Works more than 10.00 Lacs and up to 15.00 Lacs: Two jobs equal to the bid value. 2. Works more than 15.00 Lacs and up to 100.00 Lacs: Two jobs equal to the bid value. 3. Works more than 100.00 Lacs and up to 2000.00 Lacs: Two jobs equal to the bid value or one work equal to 75% of the bid value. 4. Works of 2000.00 Lacs and above: Three works each equal to 40% of the bid value, or two works each equal to 60% of the bid value, or one work equal to 80% of the bid value. The bidder must have completed works satisfactorily during the last four financial years in Central/State Govt./Union Territory/Semi-Govt./Public Sector undertaking. The experience certificates should clearly indicate the head bifurcation of works, such as Road, Drain, Sewer, Water supply, Building, Electrical, etc. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide a list of works satisfactorily completed, along with certificates clearly indicating the date of start, date of completion, and amount of work actually executed. The tenderer shall furnish proof of work experience for the last four financial years, unless qualified for relaxation, supported by each year's experience certificates. The similar work experience is considered based on the nature of the work, such as commercial work of a similar nature as the tender being asked for.
