Background Antimicrobial Resistance (amr) Is A Global Public Health Problem That Threatens The Achievements Of Modern Medicine And The Sustainable Development Goals. Amr Is Becoming An Increasing Problem In The Western Pacific Region, With Multiple Pathogens Exhibiting Resistance To One Or More Antimicrobials. Actions Towards Achieving Equitable Access To Effective And Safe Antimicrobials And Health Technologies Through Regulatory And Supply Chain Strengthening And Promotion Of Rational Use By Prescribers And Consumers Is The Cornerstone To Strengthening Systems For Containment Of Amr In The Context Of Universal Health Coverage And Achieving The Sdgs. The Action Agenda For Antimicrobial Resistance In The Western Pacific Region, Which Was Endorsed By The Sixty-fifth Session Of The Regional Committee For The Western Pacific Aims To Contain Amr Through Raising Awareness And Developing Multi-sectoral National Action Plans, Building Capacity For Surveillance Of Amr And Antimicrobial Use As Well As Strengthening The Health System. In 2015 The Global Action Plan On Antimicrobial Resistance Was Also Endorsed At The Sixty-eighth Session Of The World Health Assembly, Urging Member States To Develop National Action Plans And Optimize The Use Of Antimicrobial Medicines. In 2017, World Health Organization (who) Regional Office For The Western Pacific (wpro) Developed An Online Platform With The Aim Of Reaching One Million Pledges To Raise Awareness On Antimicrobial Resistance. The Platform Is Available In Six Languages Used Across The Region. Https://pledge.antibioticawarenessweek.org/en/ To Reach The Goal Of One Million Pledges, Modifications To The Platform Should Be Made To Improve User Experience And Raise Advocacy. In Addition, The Hosting Server Of The Website Is Scheduled To Be Switched To An In-house Web Server Of Who For More Stable Operation And Ease Of Maintenance. Purpose/specific Objective Of The Activity Website Immigration Support (transfer Servers) Website Contents Renewal Website Maintenance And Service Operation Support   Description Of Activities To Be Carried Out Under This Contract Will Support The (1) Immigration Of The Amr Pledge Website (https://pledge.antibioticawarenessweek.org/, "current Website" Hereafter) From External Server To Internal Server, (2) Renewal Of The Contents Of The Immigrated Website, And (3) Service Operation, Maintenance And Minor Revision Of The Immigrated Website. Under The Supervision Of Dhs/emt, The Contractual Partner Will Deliver The Following Outputs:   1. Immigration Of The Current Website Output 1: Provide A Snapshot Of The Current Website (files And Folders, Database (db), Stored Procedures, And Any Other Files/data Specified By Who) Output 2: Create Documentation Of The Technical Specification Of The Current Website Output 3: Assess The Security Requirements Listed In Annex 1 And Propose Necessary Measures To Be Taken. Output 4: Provide Technical Handover Session (<60 Min, Once) To The Wpro It Service Personnel On Important Points For Immigration/maintenance Of The Website. Output 5: Provide Support To Solve The Issues Addressed By Who Upon Immigration To The Wpro Web Server. Output 6: Conduct And Support Domain Transfer 2. Support The Renewal Of The Contents Renewal Of The Website Output 7: Fix The Known Errors Listed On Annex 2 Output 8: Apply The Changes Listed On Annex 3 Output 9: Assess The Security Requirements Listed In Annex 1 And Apply Necessary Measures To Mitigate The Risk, If Any. Output 10: Report Any Errors Found During The Development Of The Renewed Website And Propose A Measure To Be Taken. The Implementation Of Mitigation Measures Should Be Discussed With Who And Implemented When Both Contractor And Who Agree. Operational Support Output 11: Provide The Full Files, Db Snapshot (if Necessary), Documentation Of Technical Changes Made Output 12:  Provide Support To Solve The Issues Addressed By Who Upon Application Of The Changes To The Wpro Web Server Output 13: Investigate The Error That Who Suspects Routing To The Changes Made In This Renewal. Report The Cause And Fix If The Cause Is Based On The Edits Made In Renewal (this Output Is Requested To Be Delivered Up To 365 Days After The Contract Ends) 3. Support Service Operation And Maintenance Enabling Networking With The Individuals Who Have Made Pledge On The Website Output 14: Collect Email Addresses Of People Who Have Pledged The Website, Manage The Preference Of Being Kept Informed, And Being Actively Involved For Each Email Addresses Output 15: Send Six Emails Over Three Months To People Who Have Made Pledge To Inform Amr Event Information And Invite For The Regional Event Operational Support Output 16: Provide Support To Solve The Errors Addressed By Who. Output 17: Respond To Ad-hoc Revision Requests After The Renewal Maximum Twice During The Contract With The Total Resource Of 120 Person-hours To Be Allocated Output 18: Take Minutes Of Progress Or Technical Meetings For The Projects Who Wpro Is Responsible For The Following: Assign A Focal Point To Work Closely With The Service Provider Throughout All Stages Of The Project. Providing The Online Location Of The Webservers, Ids, And Passwords To Access The Contents Of The Current Website.   Qualifications & Experience Education Essential: Project Manager With A First-level University Degree Or Qualification In It, Software Development, Project Management, Or Related Fields All Project Members With Education Or Training In Software Development, Database Development, Website Development, Website Design, Audio-visual Production/design, Or Related Fields Desirable: Project Manager Or A Project Member With A First-level University Degree In Ux/ui Design   Experience Essential: Project Manager With At Least Five Years Of Experience In Developing Web-based Platforms At Least One Project Member With At Least One Year Of Experience In Relational Database Management   Technical Skills & Knowledge • At Least One Project Member With Demonstrated Knowledge In Developing Websites Using Cms Is Required. • At Least One Project Member With Strong Knowledge Of Ui/ux Is Required. • Demonstrated Expertise Working In Telehealth, Preferable With A Good Understanding Drug Resistance, And The Consumption Of Antimicrobials Is Desirable. • Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills Are Required. • Ability To Work Independently And In Close Collaboration With Who   Languages Fully Fluent Written And Spoken English Is Essential.   Competencies • Communicating In A Credible And Effective Way • Producing Results • Moving Forward In A Changing Environment • Fostering Integration And Teamwork • Knowing And Managing Yourself • Attention To Details   Additional Information • The Contractor Will Work In Close Collaboration With Dhs/emt.
