The Bidder Should Have The Capacity For The Delivery Of Stationery To 34 Provinces Of Afghanistan Within 8 Weeks In Normal Situations And The Soonest Possible In Emergency Situations. 9. Samples From The Supplier Who Is Suggested For The Award Will Be Inspected For Technical Acceptance Or Exclusion. 10. Who Would Not Be Liable To Provide Any Tax Exemptions. 11.
