Qualification Of Firm And Consultants: The Eva Team Members Should Have Demonstrated Expertise And Prior Experience In: Essential: Demonstrated Experience In Conducting Similar Capacity Assessments For  Implementers Of Donor-funded Projects  In The Areas Of Project And Financial Management, Financial Systems, Risk Assessment, Data Systems, Reporting Capacity, Monitoring And Evaluation, Procurement And Supply Management. Desirable: 1. Experience Identifying Potential Challenges With Respect To Intellectual Property 2. Experience Identifying Potential Challenges With Respect To Equitable Access Of Health Products 3. Experience Identifying Potential Challenges With Respect To The Sharing Of Data Generated By The Project 4. Experience Identifying Potential Challenges With Respect To Market Shaping/supply Intervention 5. Experience Identifying Potential Challenges With Respect To Community And Civil Society Engagement 6. Experience Assessing Donor-funded Projects On Capacity In The Area Of Organizational Governance 7. Demonstrated Understanding Of National Malaria Control Programme Strategic Planning And Policy Development In Several Country Contexts (especially In Sub-saharan Africa) 8.
