In Order To Identify The Electrical Effectiveness And Reliability And Capacity Of The System, Measures Safety And Identifies Most Efficient And Cost-effective Energy Conservation Opportunities Or Measures, Electrical Audit, Inspection And Assessment Is Required.   Purpose/specific Objective Of The Activity Wpro Is Looking For An Electrical Audit, Inspection And Assessment Service Contractor To Provide Systematic, Independent Inspection, Structured Collection Of Information On The Efficiency, Effectiveness And Reliability And Capacity Of The System And Measures Safety And Identifies Most Efficient And Cost-effective Energy Conservation Opportunities Or Measures Compliant With The Philippine Electrical Code And Local And International Safety Standards. Evaluation Results Would Help To Provide The Client Good Understanding Of The System’s Condition And Determine Any Potential Hazards On The System And Provide Appropriate Plans And Recommendations For Corrective Actions.   Description Of Activities To Be Carried Out To Provide Electrical Audit, Inspection And Assessment, Service Contractor To Provide Systematic, Independent Inspection, Structured Collection Of Information On The Efficiency, Effectiveness And Reliability Of The System And Measures Safety And Identifies Most Efficient And Cost-effective Energy Conservation Opportunities Or Measures Compliant With The Philippine Electrical Code And Local And International Safety Standards.   Methods To Carry Out The Activity Determination Of Basic Circuit Status By Measuring Voltage, Current, Insulation Resistance, Earth Resistance, Leakage Current And Power Quality Analysis Of The Various Circuits And Other Relevant. As Per The Design Of The Circuits, These Values Are Referred, And Any Undue Differences Or Abnormalities Are Noted. Inspection Of The Entire Electrical System. Inspection Of Complete Electrical System, Section By Section, Floor By Floor, From The Service Line To The Final Branch Circuits And Load Points. Any Differences/deviations Against The Criteria Are Noted. Voltage Drops And Maximum Load Current Checking. Updating Of Single Line Diagram, Load Flow Analysis, Short Circuit Analysis And Coordination Study. Assessment Of Electrical Safety Measures For Commercial Office Building Safety And Human Safety. Pictures Of All Areas Where Lapses Are Visible Are Taken. Thermography Of All Components Of The Electrical System. The Components/circuits Having Deficiency Are Specifically Covered. Temperature Analysis And Classification Of The Lapses Are Included. Submission Of Detailed Investigation Report Which Consists Of Inspection Findings, Requirements Standards And Recommendations.   Qualifications & Experience Duly Licensed Corporation Organized/registered Under The Laws Of The Philippines To Conduct Electrical And Energy Audit And Assessment. Primary Purpose Of Incorporation Must Be Electrical And Energy Audit And Assessment With Minimum Of Fifteen (10) Years Of Experience; Must Be An Iso-certified Or Relevant Quality Standards Certifying Bodies To Be Able To Meet International Quality Standards Of The Organization.  Contractors Must Provide Pertinent Supporting Documents Regarding Iso Certification Or Relevant Quality Standards Certifying Bodies Which Should Indicate The Date Of Effectivity. Possess Necessary Permits And Registration Certificates To Render Electrical Audit, Inspection And Assessment Services Such As Business Permits, Bureau Of Internal Revenue (bir) Registration Certificates, Securities And Exchange Commission Registration Certificates. Etc. Must Have Rendered Services At Least Ten (10) Or More Building, Commercial/institution Electrical Audit, Energy And Assessment Projects At The Time Of Bid; Committed To Provide Cost-effective Services To Achieve The Organization’s Policy And Objectives. Can Immediately Mobilised And Execute The Project To The Agreed Start Date.  must Have A Team Of Professionals Assigned On The Project For A Day To Day Coordination With Who In-house Engineering Team Consist Of Licensed Engineers And Skilled Technicians For Every Discipline Needed And Highly Trained In Performing The Tasks.   Experience Essential: Minimum Of Ten (10) Years Of Experience In Electrical Audit, Inspection And Assessment. Desirable: Previous Work With Who Or Other International Organizations And/or Major Institutions In The Field Of Electrical Audit, Inspection And Assessment   Technical Skills & Knowledge The Company Must Have Technical Experts Who Have Professional Licenses From The Professional Regulations Commissions And Safety Training Certificates Pursuant To P.d 442 (labour Code Of The Philippines) Occupational Safety And Health Standards. With Thorough Technical Knowledge And Expertise In Electrical Audit, Inspection And Assessment Which Can Execute The Project Within The Shortest Possible Period Without Compromising The Quality And The Safety. Must Have A Team Of Professionals Consist Of Licensed Engineers And Skilled Technicians Highly Trained In Performing The Tasks. Strong Knowledge In Local And International Building Codes For Electrical Requirements For Safety And Standards.   Languages Must Be Proficient In English   Competencies Must Be Able To Offer Accurately Services And Products Which Provide A Satisfactory Solution. Must Be Able To Provide Brochure Or Catalogues And Technical Presentation Of The Product And Testing Tools And Equipment Offered To Be Use In The Audit, Inspection And Assessment.
