Background Human-centered Design Is A Creative Approach To Problem Solving And It Starts With The People (1). Human-centered Approach Has Been Used By Multiple For Profit Companies To Better Understand The Needs Of Their Customers (2). It Has Proven To Be An Effective Approach To Problem Solving As It Designs Solutions Together With The End User (2). Healthy Ageing Unit (age) Is In The Process Of Designing A Digital Health Assistant. A Prototype In The Form Of A Web Application Has Been Produced And Currently, The Team Would Like To Move Into The Ideation Phase, Which Includes Beta-testing And Focus Groups, Getting Direct Feedback From The Target User Group, Older People. In Order To Collect Constructive Feedback To Enhance The Final Product, Age Is Seeking An Expert Individual /company To Facilitate The Design Of The Focus Group Sessions And Content, Using A Human-centered Design Approach.   Purpose/specific Objective Of The Activity Support Drafting Of Focus Group Study Protocols By Facilitating Discussions, To Ensure That The Study Protocols Are Designed To Capture The Perspectives, Ideas And Needs Of Older People.   Description Of Activities To Be Carried Out Share Knowledge And Case Studies Which Illustrate The Use Of Human Centred Design Concepts. Facilitate Group Discussions (virtual) With Age And Age Country Office Focal Points (china And Philippines) To Revise The Digital Health Assistant Study Protocols (half-day Workshop). Train Local Implementers In China And Philippines (virtual) To Be Acquainted With The Study Protocols, Including Minor Adjustments To The Protocol Depending On The Country Context/culture (one Or Two Half-day Workshops).   Methods To Carry Out The Activity Virtual Meeting Format (via Zoom/ms Teams)   Qualifications & Experience Education Essential: Qualification In One Of The Following: Design Thinking, Management, Consulting, Workshop Facilitation Desirable: Degree In Public Health   Experience Essential: Teaching Human Centred Approach Concept To Non-experts; Applying Human Centred Approach To Designing Solutions For Customers; Facilitating Group Discussions For Creating End Products Using Human Centred Approach.
