Purpose Of The Activity Under The Overall Guidance Of The Acting Who Representative And Supervision Of The Acting Team Leader Of Hss/healthier Populations, And Cross-programme Collaboration Among The Technical Officers Of Mcq, Hss And Communication, The General Objective Of This Initiative Is To Accelerate Partnership Building And Use Of Strategic Communication For System Change And Improved Reproductive, Maternal, And Newborn Health Outcomes. Specifically, This Involves Developing And Designing Various Information, Education, And Communication Toolkits That Will Support Advocacy Work, Awareness And Health Promotion Campaigns, Capacity Building, Service Delivery, And Resource Mobilization Efforts Both At The National And Provincial Levels. The Toolkits Will Be Tailored To Papua New Guinea Context.  part Of This Work Is To Transform Existing Designs And Artworks Into Various Communication Products, And Develop Newer Ones Covering The Life-course.   Background Aligned With The “for The Future” Vision, The Use Of Strategic Communication For Systems Changes And Improving Rmncah Outcome Is One Of The Five Strategic Areas Of The New National Maternal And Newborn Health Strategy 2021-2025. Strategic Communication Is Considered As An Important Public Health Intervention That Can Contribute To Improving Health Status Of Women, Men, Girls, And Boys. Developing These Communication Tools Is Aimed At Providing Latest Information, Transforming Mindsets, Attracting Change Champions, And Influencing Peoples’ Actions To Protect And Improve Their Own Health.    These Various Communication Products Are Intended To Have Impact Not Only In The Day-to-day Work And Life Of The Direct Service Providers And Beneficiaries Of The Programme, But Also To The Programme Planners, Decision-makers, And Different Partners. The Communication Objectives Are: (1) Provide Accurate, Timely, And Life-saving Information To Health Service Providers, The General Population And Target Segments, Including The Targeted Influencers Who Can Help Improve The Implementation Of The Mcq Programme; (2) Engage Health Workers, Decision Makers, Partners, Churches And Community Leaders In The Response To Increase Cooperation Among The Beneficiaries Of The Reproductive, Maternal And Newborn Health Programme; And (3) Create The Visual Identity Of Who’s Support In Reaching The Unreached Women, Men, Girls And Boys Under The Flagship Programmes At Subnational Level.   Proposed Timelines Start Date: 15 March 2022 End Date:   15 December 2022   Work To Be Performed Method(s) To Carry Out The Activity The Supplier Will Develop/provide Format And Design Of Information And Communication Products In Close Consultation And Coordination With The Who Technical And Communication Teams In Different Formats (e.g. Briefers, Presentation Materials, Posters, Flyers, Pamphlets, Etc.), Animations/short Videos And Document/report Layouts.
