The World Health Organization (who) Invites Vendors To Submit An Expression Of Interest (eoi) For An Upcoming High Value Request For Proposals Entitled ‘support For Analytic Country Descriptions And On Understanding Resilience In Health Systems’ Which Address The Following Objectives: 1) State Of Health In The Eu 2022-24 Cycle: To Work Closely With The Observatory Core Team To Contribute To The Soheu Cycle Over The Period 2022-early/mid 2024 And The 2023 Editions Of The Profiles (to Be Published In November 2023) And Disseminate Them In Early 2024. This Will Involve: Contributing To The Review Of Existing Approaches, Templates And Processes And Finalizing Them Supporting The Development Of The 2023 Country Profiles, Including Being Responsible For Writing A Number And Editing And Contributing To Others. Each Country Profile Is 20 Pages Long And Follows A Set Template. Supporting Dissemination And Knowledge Brokering, Including National Launches And “voluntary Exchanges”.   2) Eu Health System Resilience Testing And Support Programme: To Work Closely With The Observatory Core Team To Contribute To The Eu Health System Resilience Testing And Support Programme Over The Period 2022-2024. This Will Involve: Contributing To Background Research  Contributing To The Development Of Frameworks And Tools For Member States To Explore The Contextual Dimensions Of Responses To Shocks Contributing To The Manual Or Handbook That Will Guide Countries Through Checking Their Own Health Systems Resilience And To The Testing Of The Materials.   3) Health System In Action (hsia) Insights: To Work Closely With The Observatory Core Team And Their Counterparts In Who (in The Regional And County Offices) To Support And Contribute To The Health System In Action Insights, Over The Period 2022 And 2023. This Will Involve: Contributing To The Review Of Existing Templates And Processes And Supporting Necessary Thematic And Topical Update Supporting The Development Of The Insights, Including Taking Responsibility For Assembling Evidence; Data Checking; Writing And Editing And Contributing To Review. Each Insight Is 20 Pages Long And Follows A Set Template.
