The class eligibility requirement to bid or participate in this tender is as follows: - Special Class for estimated cost more than Rs.6.00 Crore & up to Rs.50.00 Crore - A Class for estimated cost more than Rs.1.00 Crore & up to Rs.20.00 Crore - B Class for estimated cost more than Rs. 20.00 Lakh, & up to Rs.3.00 Crore. Alternatively, eligible class of contractors of the relevant government or equivalent class, having experience in construction of Building works, can also participate.

The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid can be calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A*N*2 - B) Where: A = Maximum value of works executed in any one-year (updated to the current price level) B = Value at current price level of the existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period stipulated in the contract data N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which the bids are invited Additionally, there are specific formulas for calculating adjustments for various components, including: 1. Adjustment for Cement Component: Vc = 0.85 x Pc /100 x R x (C1-Co)/Co 2. Adjustment for Steel Component: Vs = 0.85 x Ps/100 x R x (S1- So)/So 3. Adjustment of Bitumen Component: Vb = 0.85 x Pb/100 x R x (B1- Bo)/Bo 4. Adjustment towards differential cost of Pipes: Vpi = 0.85 x Ppi /100 x R x (Pi1- Pio)/Pio 5. Adjustment of Labour Component: VL = 0.85 x PI/100 x R x (L1 - Lo)/Lo Also, the bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value and formulas for Additional Performance Security (APS) are as follows: - Below 5%: No additional performance security - From 5% to 10%: 50% of (Difference between estimated cost put to tender and bid amount) - 10% and above: 150% of (Difference between estimated cost put to tender and bid amount)
