Works Department Tender

The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering works. The bidder should have satisfactorily executed similar nature of works during the last five years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tenders. Similar work shall mean construction of a composite building executed under one agreement for any authority bodies of State Govt. / Central Govt./ Reputed Private Organization or Companies. No specific value or percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the current price level for similar nature of work will be taken into consideration as per escalation factor. The bidder is required to furnish information on the total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last five years. The annual turnover of the bidder includes the value of civil engineering works executed by the bidder during the last 5 years, with values ranging from 1.10 to 1.61 (excluding GST) for each year.
