The required prior work experience for the bidder involves satisfactorily executing two or three similar works, each costing 60 lakhs or more, aggregating to 200 lakhs or more, or executing one similar work costing 200 lakhs or more in any one financial year during the current or last five years. The similar work refers to the construction of Minor Bridge executed under one agreement for any authority bodies of State Govt. / Central Govt./ Reputed Private Organization or Companies. The value of similar works is specified as 60 lakhs or more for each work and an aggregate of 200 lakhs or more, or a single work costing 200 lakhs or more. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder needs to furnish a certificate from the concerned officer, and in case of execution of work in Private Organization / Companies, the Certificate from the concerned competent authority supported with Income Tax return against the payment received for the same is required. The bidder should have completed civil engineering works in the last 5 years, with the updated value of these works calculated using an escalation factor. The bidder is also required to submit information on their existing commitments and ongoing works, including the value of the contract, the stipulated period of completion, and the value of works remaining to be completed. The bidder needs to provide information on the value of civil engineering works executed, which can be used to assess their experience and capability. The bidder is required to provide information on the total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last five years, for which a certificate from a Chartered Accountant is to be furnished. The bidder should also provide details of existing commitments and ongoing works, including the value of existing commitments and the stipulated period of completion remaining for each work. The bidder needs to provide information on the value of similar works completed, with a specific format to be followed. The bidder is also required to provide information on the percentage of similar works completed, with the option to quote percentage excess or less over the estimated cost in the Price Bid. The bidder can quote percentage excess/less up to two decimal point only. The values mentioned include 60 lakhs or more for each similar work, and 200 lakhs or more in aggregate, or 200 lakh or more for a single similar work. The escalation factors for each of the last 5 years are also provided, ranging from 1.10 to 1.61. The bidder needs to provide a certificate from the concerned officer, and the bidder is required to sign above their full type-written name and current address. The bidder needs to provide information on the list of plants and equipment to be deployed on the contract work, with a minimum requirement of specific equipment and the authority of ownership or long-term lease extended beyond the duration of the work. The bidder needs to provide a proper Tax Invoice for steel shuttering materials not older than 5 years from the last date of bidding. The bidder is required to provide information on the equipment mentioned, which must be included in Schedule “C” and clearly indicated as “Owned/leased.” The bidder needs to provide information on the additional machinery/equipment required for the satisfactory completion of the work, and the arrangement for deploying such machinery/equipment. The bidder is also required to provide a certificate to be issued by the Executive Engineer under whom the machineries/equipments are deployed, which should not be issued prior to 90 days of receipt. The bidder should submit an affidavit stating that they have not abandoned any road, bridge, irrigation, building, or other project work in India, and that no contract awarded to them for such works has been rescinded during the last 5 years prior to the date of the bid. The value of civil engineering works executed by the bidder during the last 5 years should be provided, along with the updated value considering the escalation factor. The maximum updated value of civil engineering works executed during one of the last 5 years should also be certified by a chartered accountant.
