Works Department Tender

The bidder should have satisfactorily executed two or three similar works, each costing 30 lakhs or more, aggregating to 100 lakhs or more, or executed one similar work costing 100 lakhs or more in any one financial year during the current or last five years. The experience detailing similar nature of works during the current or last five years, with certificates from the concerned officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent, needs to be furnished by the bidder. For the tools and plants, a minimum of 80% marks are required for the bidder to be eligible. However, no specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except for the 80% marks required for tools and plants. The values of similar works completed are to be reported in Rs. lakh. Enhancement factors ranging from 1.10 to 1.61 are to be used for the costs of works executed and the financial figures to a common base value for works completed.
