Worcester City Council Is Inviting Tenders For Its Electrical Services And Minor Works Contract. The Service Is A Series Of Small Works Orders For Reactive Response Maintenance, And Some Minor Planned Works. The Service To Be Provided Comprises Of The Following:- A - Regular Portable Appliance Testing In Approximately 15 Properties As Instructed By The Council. (our Testing Does Not Generally Include Eicr Testing Although May Be Required In Individual Cases On Request) B - Reactive Maintenance And Repair According To A Priority Assigned By The Council C- Planned Maintenance Up To A Maximum Value Of £25,000 Per Order, (subject To Quotation And Acceptance By The Client As Of Best Value*). D - Minor Works Projects Up To A Maximum Value Of £25,000 Per Order, (subject To Quotation And Acceptance By The Client As Of Best Value*). E - Out Of Hours Emergency Works. [*alternative Quotations May Be Sought If The Cost Of The Works Are Deemed To Be Excessive] The Works Are Defined As Electrical Servicing Works. This Procurement Is Being Carried Out Under A Two Stage Process And Bidders Are Only Required To Complete The Selection Questionnaire At This Initial Stage. To Gain Access To The Procurement Documents, Bidders Will Need To Register Their Company Details At The Above Website.
