Request for Proposal for Provision of consultancy services for the end of year project evaluation as per education management support to refugees and host communities in refugee settlement and host community in uganda To measure the success of the project, it is imperative to compare achievements against the planned indicators. Therefore, the evaluation will focus to measure, changes about learning outcomes before and after the intervention and the project contribution to quality Education as a result of the interventions in the community of Kiryandongo, Kyaka II, Nakivale and Kyangwali and Palorinya refugee settlements. 1.1 Overall Objective of the End-Line Evaluation The overall objective of this end-line evaluation is to assess achievement made in regard to achieving program objective as measured by the project indicators.
