The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Additionally, each non-lead member of the Joint Venture (JV) must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 07 years, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the advertised value of the tender. The bidder can also consider prior work experience if they have successfully completed a work as a subcontractor and the work experience certificate has been issued for such work to the subcontractor by a Government Organization or public listed company. The subcontractor shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of work to be subletted, in last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of subcontractor shall be asked for. The work experience certificate from private individuals is not considered, but certificates from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years are accepted. The required prior work experience for the bidder can be considered if a bidder has successfully completed a work as a subcontractor and the work experience certificate has been issued for such work to the subcontractor by a Government Organization or public listed company. Similar work means "Design Drawing supply erection testing and commissioning of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system for 1X25 or 2X25 kV AC Traction system either directly by OEM or through its authorized dealer/vendor over Indian Railways, Metro Railways and/or Rly PSUs." Values and percentages mentioned include: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender for three similar works - 40% of the advertised value of the tender for two similar works - 60% of the advertised value of the tender for one similar work - 10% of the advertised value of the tender for each non-lead member of the Joint Venture (JV) - 35% value of work to be subletted for subcontractor - Rs 50 lakh for subletting of work with no previous work experience required - Rs 500 crore average annual turnover for public listed companies.
