The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 7 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of tenders for composite works, the required experience is: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The similar work experience includes "Escorting, operation and troubleshooting of Power Cars over Indian Railways", "Escorting, operation and troubleshooting of RMPUs in AC coaches over Indian Railways/ Metro Railways", "Annual/ Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of RMPUs along with control panels of AC coaches running over Indian Railways/ Metro Railways", or "Annual/ Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of AC package unit in Indian Railways/ Metro Railways/ Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSUs of Central Govt. or State Govt./ Public listed company, Private company, Trust having annual turnover of Rs. 500 crore and above". For subletting of work, the subcontractor shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, unless the subletting work costs up to Rs 50 lakh.
