The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years:
(i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender,
(ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender,
or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender.
The similar nature of work should be approved by the relevant authority.
Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum average annual contractual turnover of "V/N" or "V" whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited.
The average annual contractual turnover should be calculated as an average of "total contractual Payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet.
The work experience certificate can be from any Government Organisation or from a Public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years.
In case the tenderer submits a work experience certificate issued by a public listed company, they should also submit relevant documents such as the work order, bill of quantities, bill-wise details of payment received, TDS certificates, and a copy of the final/last bill paid by the company.
The definition of similar work includes any RI or EI or CLS or ABS or IBS work involving Indoor & Outdoor work (Cable laying & termination).
