Description A. Scope Of Work: 1. To Conduct Electrical Audit To The Existing And Additional Electrical Loads Of The Newborn Screening Center Area. A. Determination Of Basic Circuit Status By Measuring Voltage, Current, Of The Various Circuits. As Per The Design Of The Circuits And Its Actual Connected Loads, These Values Are Referred And Any Undue Differences Or Abnormalities Are Noted. B. Inspection Of The Entire And Complete Electrical System. Inspection Of Complete Electrical System, Section By Section, Floor By Floor, From The Service Line/generation Point To Final Branch Circuits And Load Points For The Appropiateness Of Individual Circuit Wires, Protection And Loads Of Nscv. Any Differences/deviations Against The Criteria Are Noted. C. Voltage Drop, Load Current And Load Balancing Checking And Perform Load Balancing When Necessary. D. Conduct 7 Days Power Quality Audit (pqa). Pqa To Be Connected At The Nscv Heavy Load End Panel And Recommend Necessary Corrective Measures. E. Assessment Of Electrical Safety Measures For Facility Safety And Human Safety. Rectify Unsafe Connection For Wiring If Found Inappropriate. F. Pictures Of All Areas Where Lapses Are Visible Are Taken 2. Submission Of Detail Report Which Consists Of Inspection Findings, Requirements Standards And Recommendations. 3. To Prepare Electrical Plan. A. To Prepare Built Plan , Load Schedule, Analysis & Diagrams Of The Existing Load Scheme B. Provide Recommended Schedue Of Loads Plan Base In The Existing Loads And Future Loads With Appropriate Load Balancing. C. To Submit Print Out As Built Plans 5 Sets A3 Size And 5 Sets In A Standard 20x30 Inches Sheet Duly Signed By The Pee. D. Submit Archectural Drawing The Set Up Of The Recommnded Improvements Indicating The Location And Position Of The Panels- With 3d Drawing Is A Must. E. Submit The Total Detailed And Itemize Cost Of The Recommended Improvements/correctionshat Includes Its Installation, Energization And Safe Functionality Of The Electrical System With Detailed Specifications. B. Conditions: 1. To Provide 1-registered Electrical Engineer & 1-electrician With Ppe, Tools And Testing Equipment To Undertake The Above Work. 2. Client To Provide Access To All Electrical Rooms, Power House And All Electrical Installations Of The Building. 3. Client To Provide Personnel For Coordination In All Of Our Activities Related To The Above Work. 4. Client To Provide Assistance Incases The Subject Will Affect Other Trades Including Civil Works And Architectural Works. 5. Program Of Works Shall Be Submitted Upon Approval Of Offer 6. No Nscv Equipment Needed To Be Shutdown During The Process Of Assessment. C.
