Description Invitation To Bid For Procurement Of Various Cautery Pads Ib No. Umc 24-10 1. The West Visayas State University Medical Center, Through The General Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Ninety-eight Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (php 598,400.00) Only Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Various Cautery Pads. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The West Visayas State University Medical Center Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
