The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For construction work: - A. Degree Holder in Civil Engineering / Experienced Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: 10 years in construction, with 3 years experience in road works. - B. Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: 3 years experience in road works. - C. Others (Specify): 3 years experience and 4 years experience for Supervisor and Science Graduate respectively. - For routine maintenance: - A. Degree Holder in Civil Engineering: 3 years experience in road works. - B. Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: 3 years experience in road works. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor or sub-contractor, at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (or one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work for which the bid is invited. The bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover, equivalent to: - 60% of the amount put to bid, if the amount put to bid is Rs.200 lakhs and less, - 75% of the amount put to bid, if the amount put to bid is more than Rs. 200 lakhs. In Naxal / Left Wing Extremist Affected Districts, the figures of 60% and 75% would be replaced by 50%. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder is required to provide information on the total annual volume of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited. The bidder needs to attach a certificate from a Chartered Accountant and a corresponding payment certificate for the years 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024, with the values stated in Rs.
