The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For Technical Personnel for construction work: - A. Degree Holder in Civil Engineering / Experienced Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: 10 years in construction, with 3 years road experience. - B. Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: 3 years experience. - C. Others (Specify): Supervisor, Science Graduate with 3 years experience, and 4 years experience for field testing laboratory. - For routine maintenance: - A. Degree Holder in Civil Engineering: 3 years road experience. - B. Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: 3 years road experience. - The bidder should have a minimum of 3 years of road experience. - Completion of similar works of a similar nature and volume over the last five years. - Minimum financial turnover, as certified by a Chartered Accountant. - Total annual volume of civil engineering construction work for the years 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor or sub-contractor, at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (or one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work (excluding maintenance cost for five years) for which the bid is invited. - The value of road work completed by the bidder under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in originally stipulated period of completion shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this sub-clause. - In the last five years, the bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover, with at least 50% of which is from Civil Engineering construction works, equivalent to: - 60% of the amount put to bid, if the amount put to bid is Rs.200 lakhs or less, - 75% of the amount put to bid, if the amount put to bid is more than Rs.200 lakhs, with the turnover indexed at the rate of 8% per year.
