The bidder is required to have prior work experience of a similar nature. The minimum value of prior work experience required is 40% of the estimate amount put to tender during the last five financial years and the current financial year. However, this percentage decreases to 30% in case of 2nd Call and 20% in case of 3rd call. The bidder should have completed at least two similar works with a minimum value of 40% (or 25% in case of 2nd Call) of the estimate amount put to tender. Alternatively, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work equal in value to 30% of the estimated cost of work. For consortium bids, the lead partner must have credentials in execution of 40% of the qualifying value of work, while each of the other partners shall meet individually not less than 25% of the qualifying value. The bidder must provide details of works completed, including the name of the employer, description of work, value of contract, and other relevant information. The total annual value of civil engineering and similar contractual works should be mentioned for the last three consecutive years preceding the year in which bids are invited. The value of work executed and payment received in the last three years should also be provided, including the amount in lakhs and the percentage. The bidder must have a minimum average turnover of at least 50% of the estimated amount put to tender computed on the basis of their submitted Annual Accounts of preceding three years. Additionally, the bidder must have liquid assets of at least 12% of the estimated amount put to tender for works value up to Rs. 2.00 Crore and at least 25% for works value more than Rs. 2.00 Crore.
