The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor for the execution of similar nature of work for the last 7 years. Documents of credentials in the form of work completion certificates and payment certificates are required to establish this experience. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide self-attested copies of orders with work completion certificates from the client. The financial eligibility criteria for the bidder include: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The average annual turnover of the bidder during the last 3 years should not be less than 30% of the estimated cost, and the working capital in the year preceding the year of bid submission should not be less than 30% of the estimated cost.
