The bid capacity required in the given tender is as follows: 1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT): Rs. 94.28 Lakh during any 03 (three) financial year out of last seven (07) consecutive year ending on 31st March 2024.
2. Liquid Asset: Rs. 31.42 Lakh.
3. Net Worth: Positive for last five (5) years.
4. Technical Capability: - At least one work of similar nature/PV installation having a magnitude of 40% of the Estimated capacity (i.e., 48kW) put to tender of intended job. - Or, at least two works of similar nature/PV installation having a magnitude each of minimum value of 30% of the Estimated capacity put to tender of intended job. - Or, at least one single running work of similar nature/PV installation having work value of 80% or more of the estimated capacity put to tender of intended job. Formulas:
1. MAAT = (Total Turnover for 3 years) / 3
2. Liquid Asset = Cash and bank balances and fixed deposits in the name of the bidder
3. Estimated Capacity = 40 x 1.2 = 48 kW Alternatively, the bid capacity can also be summarized as:
- A single completed project of at least 48kW.
- Two completed projects, each of at least 36kW.
- One ongoing project of at least 96kW. Formulas based on the total estimated capacity (let's denote it as C):
1. Single project: 0.4*C
2. Two projects: 2*(0.3*C)

The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime agency, at least one work of similar nature/PV installation having a magnitude of 40% of the estimated capacity put to tender of the intended job. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed at least two works of similar nature/PV installation, each having a magnitude of 30% of the estimated capacity put to tender of the intended job. Or, the bidder should have a single running work of similar nature/PV installation with a work value of 80% or more of the estimated capacity put to tender of the intended job. The estimated capacity is 48 kW. The required percentages of similar works completed are 40% and 30% and 80% of the estimated capacity. The bidder should have completed such work within the last 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender. To quantify, for a single work, the magnitude should be at least 40% of 48 kW, which is 19.2 kW. For two works, each should have a magnitude of at least 30% of 48 kW, which is 14.4 kW. For a single running work, the value should be 80% or more of 48 kW, which is 38.4 kW or more.
