Technical Capability: - At least one work of similar nature/PV installation having a magnitude of 40% of the Estimated capacity (i.e., 48kW) put to tender of intended job. - Or, at least two works of similar nature/PV installation having a magnitude each of minimum value of 30% of the Estimated capacity put to tender of intended job. - Or, at least one single running work of similar nature/PV installation having work value of 80% or more of the estimated capacity put to tender of intended job. Formulas: 1. MAAT = (Total Turnover for 3 years) / 3 2. Liquid Asset = Cash and bank balances and fixed deposits in the name of the bidder 3. Estimated Capacity = 40 x 1.2 = 48 kW Alternatively, the bid capacity can also be summarized as: - A single completed project of at least 48kW. - Two completed projects, each of at least 36kW. - One ongoing project of at least 96kW. Formulas based on the total estimated capacity (let's denote it as C): 1. Single project: 0.4*C 2. Two projects: 2*(0.3*C) 3.
