Melton Borough Council Wishes To Invite Tenders For The Supply Of Services In Respect Of Conducting An Annual Survey Of Melton Borough Council Tenants In A Prescribed Way. This Is Called The Tenant Satisfaction Measures (tsm). We Have Carried Out Our Tsm Survey For 2023/24 And Are Looking For Surveys From 2024/25 Onwards. From This Tender We Require The Partner To Complete: • Project Management, Survey Design, Data Export, Sampling, And Exclusions • All Fieldwork In Connection With Completing The Survey’s • Weighting Of Results, Reporting, Benchmarking, And Key Driver Analysis. The Features Of The Regulatory Survey Include: • A Mixed Method Survey To Be Carried Out On Behalf Of Mbc. • The Survey Could Either Be Carried Out Mid-late September Or On A Quarterly Basis Throughout The Year. • Based On 1,800 Surveyable Households, Mbc Would Need 317 Valid Responses In Order To Meet Regulatory Compliance Therefore Mbc Wishes To Carry Out A Full Census Approach To All 1,800 Properties. • The Survey Will Include The 12 Tsm Questions (along With Pre-qualifiers) And Up To Five Additional Questions – Which May Be Open-ended Questions. The Inclusion And Design Of These Additional Questions Would Be At The Discretion And Direction Of Mbc.
