The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having audited or unaudited Annual Turnover for Civil works only, which should not be less than the package value. The maximum turnover of any one of the last five years will be considered. In case of package value more than Rs.5.00 crores, the bidder should have at least 1(one) single Civil work order of value not less than 60% of the package value or 2 (two) works equaling 70% of package value. In case of package value up to Rs.5.00 crore, the bidder should have at least 1(one) single civil work order of value not less than 50% of the package value. The bidder should submit a self-certified up to date progress report of all works awarded to him for the past 5(five) years. However, specific information on the required percentage of similar works completed is not mentioned. But bidders who quoted less than 10 % below the package value/estimate rate will be retained and qualify for allotment. Values and percentages mentioned include: - 60% of the package value for a single work order (for package value more than Rs.5.00 crores) - 70% of package value for two works (for package value more than Rs.5.00 crores) - 50% of the package value for a single work order (for package value up to Rs.5.00 crore) - Rs.5.00 crores as the threshold package value for different requirements.
