The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having at least 1 single civil work order of value not less than 60% of the package value or 2 works equaling 70% of package value for package values more than Rs. 5.00 crores. For package values up to Rs. 5.00 crores, the bidder should have at least 1 single civil work order of value not less than 50% of the package value. The bidder should submit a completion report of the work from the Executive Engineer concerned for the criteria. The work order allotted within the last 5 financial years from the year of publication of the bid will only be considered. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder's past track record, bid capacity, existing commitments, and size of works executed in the last 5 years will be considered when selecting the bidder. However, it is mentioned that bidders who quoted less than 10% below the package value/estimate rate will be retained and qualify for allotment. The minimum allowable lowest quoted value (ALQV) would be calculated by subtracting 10% of the package value. The bidder needs to submit a self-certified up-to-date progress report of all works awarded to them for the past 5 years. Additionally, the bidder needs to submit a copy of a single work order having a minimum value as per specific clauses. The bidder's annual turnover for civil works only for the preceding five financial years should be provided, certified by a registered Chartered Accountant. The maximum value of annual turnover during the last three years should also be mentioned. For example, if the bidder's annual turnover for the last three years is Rs. 10 crore, Rs. 15 crore, and Rs. 20 crore, the maximum value of annual turnover would be Rs. 20 crore. The amount of Bid Security / EMD shall be 2% of the package value.
