For Joint Venture: - Annual Turnover: The Joint Venture must satisfy collectively the criteria, and the data of each member may be added together to meet the collective qualifying criteria. - Particular Construction Experience: The Joint Venture must satisfy collectively the criteria, and the data of each member may be added together to meet the collective qualifying criteria. - Financial Capabilities: The Joint Venture must satisfy collectively the criteria, and the data of each member may be added together to meet the collective qualifying criteria. For Lead Partner in Joint Venture: - Annual Turnover: Not less than 50% of the qualifying criteria. - Particular Construction Experience: Not less than 50% of the qualifying criteria. - Financial Capabilities: Not less than 50% of the qualifying criteria. For Other Partner in Joint Venture: - Annual Turnover: Not less than 25% of the qualifying criteria. - Particular Construction Experience: Not less than 25% of the qualifying criteria. - Financial Capabilities: Not less than 25% of the qualifying criteria. Minimum annual turnover ≥ 1.5 * Estimated cost of the project for projects with completion period less than two years, and Minimum annual turnover ≥ (1.5 * Estimated cost of the project) / Years of completion of the project for Turn-key and other projects with completion period of two years or more.
