Warwickshire County Council Is Seeking Tender Responses To Provide An Externally Hosted Cloud-based Solution To Support The Administration Needs Of Warwickshire Music And Its Stakeholders (wcc Managers, Administrators, Teachers, Schools, Parents And Pupils). Contract Term - The Contract Term Comprises Of The Implementation Period And The Service Period. The Initial Service Period Will Be 5 Years From The Successful Go-live Date (post Implementation) With Options To Further Extend In Multiple Periods Of Up To 36 Months. Total Potential Contract Duration Is Therefore Up To 8 Years At The Discretion Of The Council, Plus The Agreed Implementation Period Prior To Service Commencement. The Contract Start Date Is Therefore Anticipated Between 01/01/2025 & 31/03/2025, The Date Will Be Dependent On The Outcome Of The Tender (& Successful Supplier) And The Complexity Of The Transition. It Is Anticipated That The Go-live (service) Period Is Between March And September 2025. The Solution Must Be Fully Implemented By The End Of December 2025.
