The Council Is Seeking Consultancy Support To Support The Director Of Adult Social Care In A Programme To Deliver Significant Transformation To Create An Operating Model For Adult Social Care In Warrington That Is: • A Model That Sets Out The Stall For Asc For The Next 3-5 Years – Our Vision, Philosophy, Values, Leadership Behaviours, Ways Of Working And Being Focused On Value Of The Warrington Pound, Not Just Cost • Bring To Life What Asc Is About And How It Will Support People To Achieve Their Outcomes, Outcomes For The Council, Place, System And Beyond • Be Co-designed And Co-developed With A Rich Tapestry Of Colleagues, Partners, And Experts With Lived Experience, To Ensure It Is Ambitious, Stretching, Valid, Deliverable And That It Will Make The Difference We Seek For Our Population • An Operating Model That’s Informed By Colleagues, That Resonates With Their Values Supporting The Retention And Development Of Our Skilled And Talented Workforce • Meets All Statutory And Regulatory Requirements, That Provides Safe And Effective Services Supporting Preparation For Inspection And A Model That Is Endorsed By Professional Staff.
